I'm planning on a fanned 7 and hoping that Dingwall will offer one in the future (hint hint :D ). Anyway, I've noticed that D'Addario seems to have a wide variety of gauges available. It would most likely be a 37-33" fan and I'd probably be flipping between A and B with the low B string.

Any suggestions or feedback? The fact that I'm looking for the long B and 7 strings seems to be challenging.

As far as I know, a 7str Dingwall is not in the horizon. I have been talking with Sheldon this idea (7str) few years back and from what I know nothing has changed into materializing this, at least in the near future.

I do use the detuner on my B strings and it works wonders

 Much to my dismay, there are no plans for a 7 at this point. I'm planning on ordering one 37"-33" bad boy and hoping I can also obtain a Dingwall 7 some day for my Noah's Arc 2 by 2 principle of gear!

Any more thoughts on the strings?????
